Kenya’s Alusa Evicted from Big Brother Africa

Alusa was a contestant on Big Brother Africa representing Kenya. He was the last man standing from Kenya since the second last contestant Sabina was eliminated the previous week. Alusa got evicted this Sunday leaving no representatives from Kenya.

Evictions on Big Brother Africa are done through popularity votes. There are cases where this does not give a clear indication of who should be evicted and there remains a deadlock between two contestants. In such a situation, the rules require all the votes from the 15 regions to be added and divided by 14.The contestants with the lowest score get to pack their bags. This is what happened on Sunday night where Alusa did not make the cut. He had a low across the board percentage that decided he could not stay in the big brother house any longer. Now the competition has no more Kenyan contestants.
