This Is How President Uhuru Kenyatta Run Out Of Cash In Abu Dhabi

The president of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta is said to have run out of money at the end of his trip at United Arabs Emirates. Having spent only four months into the financial year, this is said to have triggered a financial crisis for the state since the president’s travel funds are catered for by the state.

According to some sources when the President ran out of money, it lead to the foreign affairs and central bank to come up with a way to wire money into the Kenyan Embassy in the United Arab Emirates. When asked, the government spokesman, Manoah Esipisu denied the claims. He said no such thing had happened. He said that all the president’s trips are budgeted for and only the head of foreign affairs has authority to comment about the funds allocated to the president’s travelling. It was however impossible to get in contact with Amina Mohammed the foreign secretary as she could not be reached.
