In a twisted turn of events controversial businessman Paul Kobia was rushed to hospital after he became increasingly violent when policemen arrived at his residence to make an arrest. He appeared very disturbed and disoriented as he was taken to the hospital for further examination.

According to Kenya Police spokesperson Zipporah Mboroki, Paul, a licensed firearm holder became violent and was taken to gigiri police station by his family members.
