Renowned Kenyan-based Ugandan Gospel Artist Ambassada Charged for Stealing

Ambassada is a Ugandan musician that is based in Kenya and is popularly known for his song Watoto Inkane. Yesterday, Ambassada was charged for possessing an iPad that is believed to have been stolen. He bought the iPad without knowing that it was stolen. It is stated that he was seen with the iPad in Nkoroi Kajiado County on 10th February 2015 but he denies these charges.

The iPad in question is valued at Ksh.65, 000. Fred Omondi Owino, Hapa Kule Comedian is the owner of the iPad.

Ambassada also known as Wycliffe Wamalwa was not the only one who was charged for the same case. The other two are Evans Okongo and Michael Wandera. These two were charged for robbery with violence against Fred Omondi Owino. They were released on bond but are expected to show up in court for the case which will be held on May 5th 2015.
