A Nairobi gang which comprises of three man and a woman are running wild in Nairobi. In the past one week they have robbed at least 20 homes and shot an Administration Police sergeant. They are very tactical and are targeting victims in posh estates such as those in Westlands and Lavington. On Tuesday alone, the gang was able to rob four families and get away in a Nissan X-trail which was later seized by police at a hotel in Ngara.
According to Kenya Police spokesperson Zipporah Mboroki, the gang has also targeted homes in Langata and Kilimani as well. In some cases, they have posed as workers from the water or electricity companies. The woman would knock on the door of their victims then the other three men would join in once the door was opened. As of now, none of the members of the gang has been arrested.
