In a new twist of events it seems that the test results have come out positive. This comes by after the journalist samples were taken from rape victim and compared to the Member of Parliament. The government pathologist confirmed that the final results done on the Mp did indeed confirm the charges that were alleged against him.

Following this new turn of events, Gideon Mwiti was promptly arrested on Wednesday evening and spent the night in the cold floors of kileleshwa police station.
