A prominent businessman in Kenya has shipped a brand new BMW into the country. The presence of such a luxurious vehicle did not go unnoticed by the Kenyan citizens.
The BMW i8 series is a vehicle that is valued at about Ksh 14.7 million. Its presence in the country caught a lot of onlookers by surprise. Many of them took pictures of the sleek vehicle and posted them online.
The vehicle has made a lot of rounds on social media and has been the topic of the day since its arrival. The Kenyan number plate is placed on the windshield of the vehicle as it still has a European number plate.
National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) documents state that the vehicle is Kevin Mulei’s. Kevin Mulei is the pioneer of the Groove Awards and is also the owner of the Mo Sounds Events. Mr. Mulei however denied these claims.
This vehicle is similar to the one that was gifted to Leicester City members by their chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha. It has 2.1L/100km fuel efficiency, 250km/h speed and it can move from 0-100km/h in as little as 4.4 seconds.
