This Is What You Didn’t Know About Chris Brown’s Performance In Mombasa

Everything seemed perfect at the just concluded Chris Brown Concert. The bright lights, the magnificent LED screens and the backdrop of the coastal evening made everything look magical. With most people trickling in starting at 4pm, the crowd was bigger than expected.

One noticeable thing was the crowds gender. Although there were some men in the audience, 90% were women. And that is not all, the women were stunningly beautiful, sexy, gorgeous, classy and light skinned.

When the time for performances came, there were a number of highs and lows. First on stage was none other than Jay A, the ‘Dumbala’ hit maker, who really had an annoying American accent. Next on stage was Nazizi who made Kenya proud, Uganda’s Navio and Nigeria’s Wizkid. Ali Kiba unfortunately did not match the crowd’s expectation. He did not appear for a whole hour as his contract had stated and the DJ had to keep the crowd entertained in that time.
When Governor Joho graced the stage, he asked Ali Kiba to come back and give a performance worth what the revelers had paid for. After 10 minutes Ali kiba finally appeared, where he gave the performance he should have given the first time.

Generally, the whole night was a huge success and Kenyans can only hope that more international singers will visit soon.
