Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have elicited mixed reactions after Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli skipped President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto’s inauguration despite being invited.
Kenyans and dignitaries from all over the world arrived at the Kasarani Stadium as early as 4.00 am ready for Jubilee’s big day. The inauguration comes at a time when the leaders of the opposition have maintained that they will not recognize the leadership of Jubilee.
The ceremony was attended by different leaders including former Tanzania President Jakaya Kikwete, Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, South Sudan President Salva Kiir, Zambia President Edgar Lungu, Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, Somalia President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed and Nigerian Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
On his part, NASA leader Raila Amolo Odinga said that he will take an oath of office on 12TH December.
