The Aftermath of Gor’s KPL Victory

By now there are a few things that the nation has to come to terms with in relation to Gor fans. The first is that win or lose, there has to be some damage of some extent that has to be done. That is very evident. The other is, they are the only team that has to win or just win. There is no third way about it. Over the weekend, the accomplished the later by beating Ushuru 3-0 in the last league fixture that saw them lift the KPL trophy for a record 13 times.

As you would expect, considering that Gor was playing their game in home turf, all hell broke lose just as soon as the first goal was scored and everything from there was just uphill. As the goals came the unrest heightened and by the time it was all done, the stadium management was left with more repairs to be done than there were reasons to be happy about the win.
