The news hit social media a couple of minutes after the president had appended his signature on the appointment. Other Gor Mahia fans were thrilled for Soja. Congratulatory messages flowed freely on social media.

How much does a stadia manager earn in Kenya? Well, apparently it is a good amount of money. Soja will now be making an astounding 496,157 shillings every month. This is just the basic salary and it will be supplemented by a house allowance of 165,000, car allowance of 120,000 and entertainment allowance of sh. 53,450.
